(리부른, 프랑스 2017년 1월 19일 PRNewswire=연합뉴스) Ceva Sante Animale이 Merial Animal Health를 인수한 데 이어, Boehringer Ingelheim으로부터 돼지와 가축 백신 및 다종 비스테로이드성 항염증제를 포함해 다각화된 제품 포트폴리오 인수를 완료했다고 오늘 발표했다.
그에 따라 지역 Ceva 업체나 유통업체를 통해 공급중단 없이 이들 제품을 모두 판매할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
Ceva는 지난 10년 동안 가장 빠른 성장을 보인 수의업체(veterinary business) 탑 10 명단에 꾸준히 들었으며, 국제적인 예방 건강 전략의 일환으로 백신 개발에 막대한 금액을 투자해왔다.

Ceva Completes Deal to Acquire Portfolio of Merial Swine and Cattle Vaccines and Nonsteroidal Anti-inflammatories from Boehringer Ingelheim
LIBOURNE, France, January 19, 2017/PRNewswire/ -- Ceva Sante Animale today completed the acquisition of a diversified portfolio of products, including swine and cattle vaccines and multi-species nonsteroidal anti-inflammatories from Boehringer Ingelheim following its acquisition of Merial Animal Health.
All the products will be immediately available through local Ceva companies or its distributors, with no interruption of supply.
Ceva has been consistently one of the fastest growing top 10 veterinary businesses in the last decade, investing heavily in the development of vaccines, as part of its global preventative health strategy.
