(볼로냐, 이탈리아 2017년 7월 20일 PRNewswire=연합뉴스) 글로벌 미세여과 관련 전문기업 GVS S.p.A.가 투자회사 Industrial Opportunity Partners ("IOP")로부터 Kuss Filtration Inc. ("Kuss")를 인수하는 계약을 체결했다고 오늘 발표했다.

With the combination of their respective technical expertise, global sales and distribution networks, GVS and Kuss will together maximize penetration in the automotive, microfiltration markets.
