SAN JOSE, California, Nov. 13, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Arasan Chip Systems is proud to announce the immediate availability its MIPI M-PHY IP supporting Gear 4 speeds of up to 11.6gpbs. The M-PHY IP is seamlessly integrated with its JEDEC UFS 3.0 Host IP and UFS 3.0 Device IP Controller Cores. A linux based UFS 3.0 Software Stack and UFS 3.0 HDK are available to accelerate prototyping.

The M-PHY 4.1 IP is silicon proven with immediately availability. Arasan can port the M-PHY IP to foundry nodes 28nm and lower on customer request.
