이들 대형 레지던스의 인테리어는 맨해튼 서리호텔, 아스펜 세인트레지스호텔, 비벌리힐스호텔 프레지덴셜 방갈로와 휴스턴 리버오크스호텔의 작업을 한 로테트스튜디오가 설계했다. 로테트의 인테리어는 기품 있는 수준의 디테일과 최고의 인테리어를 만들기 위해 주문한 특별 마감재를 사용한 점이 특징이다. 32층에서 시작되며 침실이 두 개에서부터 여덟 개가 있는 179채의 최고급 레지던스의 면적은 133㎡에서부터 1,628㎡에 이른다.
